Recently we had to put aside any allegiance of “red or blue” for a moment. When regular collaborators AFL recently asked us to assist with their proposal for the conversion of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Stadium into a new home for The Hammers set to commence in early 2016. As both AFL and our homes are in Manchester it was great to be involved in a project which historically would have been preserve of London companies.
For the competition to design West Hams new home we prepared two high quality interior architectural visualisation of AFL’s fantastic platinum lounge concept. Special attention was given to luxurious fixtures and fittings and the often neglected final stage of CGI production of bringing the space to life with appropriate people.
We haven’t yet reached the final whistle but it’s our hope that our modest contribution to this fantastic project will again see Manchester bringing football home! So enough football related puns for one blog post. Normal service will now be resumed and next time when we will be moving sports onto pool with some PS4 related news.
